Afterward, the Mayor of Belgrade Siniša Mali and head of the DVMS Sergey Cheremin signed the agreement on holding Days of Belgrade in Moscow in 2017.

The Mayor of Belgrade noted that all of the signed documents were aimed at bringing the capitals of Russia and Serbia closer and will allow people from the two countries to become acquainted with each other’s cultures and investment opportunities.

Sergey Cheremin thanked Siniša Mali for organizing Days of Moscow in Belgrade. He noted the importance of the historic three-year cooperation program signed by the two cities a year ago. The document entails cooperation between the capitals across all sectors that determine the stable, safe and favorable development of the capitals in terms of urban development, housing, creating a comfortable environment for business, renovation of industrial zones, development of public spaces, the creation of technology parks, and cooperation in the field of culture and sports.
