The Moscow Innovation Pilot Testing Program is a convenient and efficient service for innovative startups, which allows testing the latest technological solutions at major city and business sites.
As part of the Moscow Innovation Pilot Testing Program, the world’s largest network of pilot sites was created in just two years.
Right now, by becoming a member of the program, each startup can choose a site for piloting from 185 largest city, federal and commercial sites in Russia, which represent 18 industry areas.
According to statistics, more than 40% of the Program participants sign a commercial contract with the site based on the results of pilot testing.
During the existence of the Program, the amount of all contracts between startups and sites amounted to 432 million rubles ($7,000,000), and the volume of attracted investments – 650 million rubles ($10,600,000).
By joining the Moscow Innovation Pilot Testing Program, startups receive several essential bonuses at once:

Fedor Nemtsov, CEO of Ecolight, says:
It all started with a fire in the country house of one of our developers. When they began to understand the causes of the incident, it became clear that the fire had occurred in the wiring.
However, in this case, the long-used and familiar “machines” would not help, since they are responsible for short circuits and current leakage, and the fire occurred due to dangerous sparking. When we realized that the machines simply “do not see” sparks in the wiring, we began to study the problem from scratch. It was then that the idea arose to develop a new class of circuit breakers – an arc fault protection device (AFPD).
And we did it! We have developed an innovative unique arc fault protection device.
Outwardly, the AFPD looks like other automatic machines and is just as easily mounted in electrical panels, forming, together with previously installed circuit breakers (AB) and residual current devices (RCD), a complete protection of the electrical circuit.
When we started entering the market, the Moscow Agency of Innovations and the Innovation Pilot Testing Program provided us with giant amount of help. Within the framework of the Program, the AFPD was tested on the basis of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Moscow. Currently, negotiations on the purchase of the product are underway by the city. In addition, participation in the Pilot Testing Program provided significant PR support, and several TV spots were filmed about the need for AFPD.
Today, together with the largest Russian company “Rostec”, we are working on promoting and scaling our technology throughout the country and international market.

In our case, it all started with a kind of hobby. My family and I traveled a lot and in most hotels and other places where we stayed, we saw cleaning duty schedules filled out on ordinary paper plates. In such boards there were many curious details. For example, we often saw signs that cleaners filled out a week or two in advance and reported on cleaning in the future. In general, the imperfection of the cleaning services control system was obvious and required some kind of solution.
At some point, we bought an apartment in one of the large Moscow housing complexes and saw the same picture. Then the idea was already formed – to create an automated cleaning management service, which we brought to life. The innovative BRUNO system appeared there. The system allows to accurately control when employees appear in the assigned area, how well they perform the task. With the help of our service, you can control the time of arrival, the duration of the work, as well as receive reliable photographs as confirmation of the result of the work.
Thanks to the Pilot Testing Program we conducted a pilot on the site of a large Russian construction company A-101, and as a result, we concluded an agreement that our solution will be scaled to all residential complexes served by this company.
